Note This is only for x86/x86_64 builds- Not the Raspberry Pi!.

Place your PlayStation 2 ROMs in

/home/pi/RetroPie/roms/ps2

Place your Playstation 2 BIOS in

/home/pi/.config/PCSX2/bios/

On first run the GUI will ask you to select which BIOS to use. Select the appropriate one and use iso' that match that region.
