@joshbgosh10592 the script is just the one that runs mupen64plus in retropie -you're already using it :) i was just showing how it forces the show fps stuff, if you're running GLideN64. i can't see how you'd avoid it.

Ok guys, I have just redone the SD card and it's working perfect - as far as I can see the config file is identical to what I had it as. I have no idea what happened there but to be honest, its now working and the kids are happy so all is well.

@nitrofurano you can use both at the same time in retroarch cores. Program keyboard like you do controller. You may then have to manually add configuration keys in /opt/retropie/configs/sll/retroarch.cfg. Find the controls section and add the keys if they dont already set them. You have to manually create all of player 2's config.

@retropiepghguy which game? not all support spinners. are you using the latest version of retropie and mame2003?

@edmaul69 Ok thanks i finally understand, i must use LT / L2 to switch PAD to 6 buttons and the game see it.
But it's a button i remove on my config PAD because it give me many problem for other games ...
I will let it only for SF2 :)

@littlemike hi there! I'm also having the same issue with my Tronsmart Mars G01 controllers.. They work for all other MAME versions but not AdvMAME which load roms that the other MAME versions don't.
My Tronsmart Mars G01 controllers use the Microsoft 360 profile. Were you able to get your controllers to work with AdvMAME? If so, could you please shed some light and help please.

There should be no library issue unless you do not use an official image or your RetroPie-Setup script is not up to date.

You can also do a binary update. I don't know how old this binary is but it should be newer.

I suspect a memory leak related to video previews. I just posted something similar I noticed after implementing video previews. While running 'top' logged in via ssh, with each video preview, the free memory went down a bit and stayed down, bottoming out around 80k. Even when left idle overnight, the memory did not free up. Only rebooting the pi freed up the memory.

or you can just buy a 64gb memory stick and copy the roms/bios files to it and put in in a folder called retropie-mount. Samsung has one that is almost flush mount for $20 US and you have the bonus of plugging it into another retro pie and have it as like your own "cartridge" with all your own games and saves. Also if you ever have to reformat and start over you don't have to reinstall all the roms again.

I didn't even know about RGUI until I looked it up... Now I understand what was going on....Emulation is on point, the controller doesn't work until you turn the analog button on.
