      I have purchased the robopeak usb tft from the pimoroni webshop.
      I have used the simple installer script pimoroni provided to get the basic module started.

      I have installed fbcp (just installed no modprobe shit) and when I ran it I saw the stuff on the display BUT:

      • It had red/blue swapped

      • list itemThe refreshrate was way below the 100hz it (claims to) supports

      • There was a delay of 1-1.5 SECONDS (even in terminal)

      Since I am planning on using this in a retropie project I CANNOT USE IT IN THIS CONDITION!

      Please help me fix up this mess. Unfortunately this is not a widely used product so a little digging is required.

      The module it uses is called rp_usbdisplay (thats all I could figure out).
      It does seem to have a nice refreshrate when using it on the desktop however (and no delay + normal colors. aka working as expected. [WITH OFFICIAL XORG CONFIG OFC])

      All the official images are down so the pimoroni thing is the only reliable thing I found.

      Please help me get this thing working with emulationstation (I dont need it for anything else so if its only possible without fbcp then thats fine)

      All ideas are appreciated

        @moustachespy This one?

        Quickly reviewing the description at the bottom it points to Github where there's an issue being reported with the latest raspbian kernel

          @obsidianspider So I should install the driver by building with the DKMS approach? I will try that later with a fresh retropie image

            @moustachespy I'm not sure, but if it was me and I was having issues, I'd try doing an installation on a fresh image, as you suggested. If you have a spare Micro SD card it should be a fairly quick thing to try.

              Hi,
              I'm running into the same problem where my robopeak usb tft has red and blue swapped when I use fbcp.
              Did you find a solution?
