    Hi,
    I have PowerBlock and I need to access to bus I2C via pin 3 and pin 5. How should I do that?

    I know, that I can use paralell access to these pins, but wher can I connect to these pins? Is there a possibility to connect these pins when I insert powerblock directly to raspbbery? Or should I use cables connection between raspberry and powerblock.

    I tried to use cable connection between raspberry and powerblock, but the undervoltage icon was displayed on my screen.

      @jvic The PowerBlock requires a solid connection at the power GPIO pins otherwise RPI will show the under voltage icon. One option is to solder the wires directly to the backside of the PowerBlock header connector at pins 3 and 5.

        @ortsac Thank you... I solder the wires directly to backside of the PowerBlock and it works (Dispaly HD44780 via I2C with PowerBlock) ... Thank you...

        It's pity, that PowerBlock doesn't contains jumpers for all pins.

          Revision 1.1 of the PowerBlock (introduced last year) provides break out pins for all needed signals. There is a brief blog post about it at https://blog.petrockblock.com/2016/05/20/new-revision-of-the-powerblock-increased-flexibility/. Maybe that gives some more insights.
