      @cyperghost Oops. Well I actually just found something strange. At the bottom of config.txt there is a second overscan_scale=1 that was commented. I'm going to uncomment it and see what happens.

      EDIT: Nope didn't work :( I'm going to try removing the extra one.

                                Well I would rather use Composite as using a HDMI --> VGA converter.

                                  @cyperghost he isnt able to use composite on an arcade monitor. He has to be able to seperate the rgbs

                                    Ok I've tried a couple different things and I've run out of ideas. I know it's probably some stupid little thing I'm missing, but I have no clue why RetroPie is ignoring config.txt even with overscan_scale=1. Is it a glitch?
