Hi is the any way to unlock further tiers on retropie ports? I see only tier 1 inluding 4 maps.

I think this is because it includes the of Q3A Demo version, which is limited to the first 4 maps. If you'd like to 'unlock' the rest, then you'll have to purchase the game. GOG has it at 12 bucks, you can also find it on Steam.
