      Hello

I would like to record my game play with my PC's HDMI in... so I can just plug my raspberryPI into my PC with HDMI and then I can record... but how do I do that what is needed?

Is there such a thing? All the laptops I've owned at least only have HDMI out. If you're talking about having the pi connected to a monitor via HDMI whilst your PC being connected to the same monitor, I still think it treats the inputs differently and I am not aware of any way to record that type of an input short of having extra hardware like a capture card between the pi and monitor.
