Sound stopped working for just Arcade games in Arcade rom folder/all other rom types work.

Hi guys, im having a sound issue. Suddenly all the sound for roms in my Arcade folder have stopped working. Sound works in the emulation station menu and for every other rom type (NES, SNES, Sega, NeoGeo). Any ideas on what happened and how i can fix it?

List everything you can noted there, but which emulator you're using and what games are being launched will likely reveal a lot. Also, I take it this issue didn't exist until recently?

@mediamogul, it's mixed rom set in the arcade folder. It's not separated into MAME or FBA. It's all of them in that folder. I've tried about fifteen different games in the arcade folder and none have sound. The games in my NES, SNES, NEOGEO and Genesis folders all have sound. It started today. I'll read that post and post the info as soon as I get home. Thanks.

So, you're launching multiple emulators from the arcade directory and they're all without sound? Narrowing down which you're using is still important. Keep in mind, there's something like nine versions of MAME to choose from when using it the way you are and three versions of FBA.
