File.img damaged
-
@malas13 The
.img
file is fine and had been downloaded and used many, many times.
What exactly is telling you "the file is damaged" which piece of software is giving this error? -
@Malas13 Can you provide md5 hash sum and size of downloaded file please?
And answer @jonnykesh questions please :) -
Hi and thanks for the response, it happens when i try to use win32disk imager, i really do not know what to do
-
@malas13 Have you verified the checksum? Also try using
etcher.io
instead. -
I believe that this is the md5 hash sums : md5sum: edc151348f802c2a36f71270c53a30dd
-
@malas13 How did you obtain the checksum?
-
@jonnykesh is under the download page of the site
-
@malas13 I know it's there! Did you check the file that you downloaded matches it?
-
@malas13 Before you ask where to get some checksums...
You can use this programm - works nice for windows
A good unpacker for gz is 7zip --> http://www.7zip.org
