          I have the same problem. I haven't changed any settings or re-mapped any commands. It was working fine, I installed 4.4 last night, and, now, hotkeys no longer work (including save states).

            According to rour RA profile you were in hardcore mode yesterday during this thread discussion, so it could have been the issue...

            And BTW congrats, that's an impressive RA collection.

            @Montecore
            Obviously not the same issue, op had hotkeys working except for save states.
            Just reconfigure your controller and be careful about the last configuration entry (new line for hotkey). You can open a new thread if you still encounter the issue after that, but there are plenty similar threads here to read first before doing so.

                Ok guys i think i found out what happen i think i put the code below here in the wrong place for RA. Like it mess up the config file somewhere.
                cheevos_username = ""
                cheevos_password = ""
                cheevos_enable = "true"

                So i did over a fresh install just now and set the RA properly and everything works now guys.

                Thanks for the help from everyone @mitu and @Sano.

                This is solved

                  All you have to do is go to the end and you will see this code below. Put in your RA username and password save and you are good to work it works fine.

                  cheevos_username = "groff16"
                  cheevos_password = "gankplankgroff81"
                  cheevos_enable = "true"

                  Here are my back up config code
