Hi there, I am running retropie on a 64bit laptop running Ubuntu 18.04.
After installed many systems I was interested to install the ps2, but when I try to do that from the script, a message tell me that pcsx2 can't be installed on 64bit systems and asking me iff I want to downgrade the os of SDL2 for continue to install.

What exactly happen if I do that? What to downgrade SDL2 means? It would cause some issue to my pc?

    Thanks guys

It's fine to downgrade. Shipped SDL2 should be fine on your system.
