2 gamepad detected, 1 connected.

Hello!
On emulation station welcome screen it displays 2 gamepad detected while there is one 1 controller connected, if no controller is connected it will say 1 gamepad detected. I've recently installed retropie 4.4 on a new sd card as i upgraded to a bigger size. After installation the light on my controller was on #1 and then I installed more packages/emulators.
After 12hours of download/install the light on my controller was on #2 and showing 2 gamepads detected. I've tried to delete different config files and restart the pie but it still shows up.
cheers! -
@wildno0dles do you have a keyboard or mouse hooked up? Some are seen as a controller.

@wildno0dles You didn't give any details about your system - https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first - but do you have any GPIO controller modules installed ?

You might have stumbled upon this issue, a PS3 controller being detected as 2 gamepads at once. See if the workaround in the topic helps you.
