      So this is probably ask more then once, I can't find the awnser.

      I have a raspberry pi 3b with retropie. Can I have marquees instead of text in the wheel?

        No, this is not supported right now by Emulationstation, but there's a new carousel mode in the works that might be closer to what you want.

          @mitu Could Marque be added as a (per game) image (e.g. in a modified Carbon theme) in addition to scraped game image ?

            @udb23 Yes, I think Carbon already supports marquee as an image type, in addition to the scraped image. Here is an example from a game with both boxart and marquee. Carbon theme has been configured with Gamelist View Style = video.
