Limiting this to arcade/console/handheld for now. List or post a video of a movie/TV shows that show actual gameplay.

      I'll get it started...

Jaws (1975) - Killer Shark (Sega)

          Cloak & Dagger (1984) – Cloak & Dagger (Atari)

(The embedded video seems to ignore the timestamp, jump to 1:46.)

Although the actor seems to play on an Atari 5200, Wikipedia says that most of the game screens from the film actually show the arcade version.

Ahh... Good one! I just watched that again last month. I should've thought of it.

Also, don't think there's a full clip of either of the scenes but they use Point Blank in The Spy Who Dumped Me, you see it a bit in the trailer

One of my favourite horror movies, maximum overdrive. The only film ever directed by Stephen King himself!

                                          Ninja 3: The Domination (1984) - Bouncer
                                          (at 1:55)

There's an interesting story behind this game: the cabinet used in the movie was actually a prototype but the actual game was never released due to financial difficulties. Thus, Ninja 3 ended up being the only proof of its existence, together with another video

So yeah, like a real Polybius, minus the subliminal messages
