Screen of dead ?

good afternoon
have been working on a coleco raspberry pi 3 project for a while

this all likes well and plays on the TV

only if I set up my 5 inch screen I will not get it right

on the theme I see beautiful banners and scroll down the next blank white and I see nothing more

do you know what this means about light
also called whit screen or dead but if so, this should also be visible on the TV

or is it config.txt?
