I'm trying to build a Retropie to fit into a playing card box. Since i'm new to electronics I feel that sometimes when I'm looking into solutions, I don't know what I'm looking at. So I just want to clarify using a Lipo Shim. Due to limited space I believe that the Lipo Shim is the best way to power the Pi. But which Lipo battery is needed? Cos I asked a friend and he said the 2000mAh wouldn't work unless I used 2 batteries. This confused me since people have built portable projects which properly don't have the space for 2 batteries, although I'm not too sure. So what do I do? I was thinking I need to buy Lipo Shim + Lipo battery + Lipo charger and maybe the powerboost (if i need it)

Also, is it possible to replace the micro usb port on Pi with a thunderbolt port?
