Amiberry, Vice and Videopac issues
-
Alright, as before Pi 3 B+ Retropie 4.4.
Amiberry: I've found myself having some issues; first Amiberry and the Kickstart files; I actually bought Amiga Forever a while back, so I have all of them legally on my hard drive; but I read or heard somewhere that the kickstart files of Forever required a key to work, and thus don't work with RetroPie, is this true? If so, is there way to deal with this key issue? Regardless; do the AF kickstart files need to be renamed, or can I just dump them in the appropriate directory as is and be done with it?
Vice: I've got two games for the C64, The Last Ninja and The Last Ninja 2. I start them up and I get to the title screen just fine, however, no sound. I can start the game, showing me the first screen and my ninja character standing there, and that's where it ends. Still no sound, and nothing I push, click, move does anything, gamepad, keyboard, it doesn't matter, he will just remain standing there. I know the game isn't frozen, for this game has a clock, and seconds keep ticking away, so... what gives?
Videopac: Videopac, the games run just fine; however there is one little problem with the title screen/select game screen. It's completely zoomed in. Several games offer you the option(s) of different kind of games; sometimes multiplayer, other times different levels, or gameplay features like invisible walls in a maze game; however those options are not visible on the screen; only "select game" is there, and sometimes if I'm lucky there's a tiny bit of a higher letter still sticking out the bottom into the screen. This is kind of annoying, because if it makes choosing the option not impossible, it makes it at least a gamble.
Anyone have any solutions, by any chance?
