Screensaver/splash screen sound issues.

I come before the Retropie masters to present an issue!!!
On all 3 of the arcades I've built, they all have the same issues with their screensaver and splash screen sounds. The videos work generally. But they all have some weird sound glitches. In game, everything is fine. Ideas? Or have I left out too much needed info?

@ucald4amarine one thing to add. All the sounds on the screensaver worked fine up to I told the arcade to do a random splash screen on startup.
