      Man, y'all are going to make me get back into all the PC games I used to play now too. I completely forgot about this game!

          Here you are mate

          [autoexec]
          mount c /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/pc
          imgmount d -t cdrom /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/pc/bioforge/cd/Bioforge.iso
          c:
          cd bioforge
          bioforge.exe
          exit

          Hopefully that will work for you, I couldn't figure out how to get up out of bed. The last time I played this game ~15 years ago; I figured it out but didn't get very far at all.

                @bkumanchik Have you tried the .conf file fragment from the game your have on your PI ? @quicksilver asked for a picture of the folder structure - just specifying the folder name it's not enough information.
                Is the game working on your PC ?

                      @bkumanchik so the setting @mitu posted wasnt going to work because all caps and lowercase are important in the conf files. Of course he had no way knowing not seeing your file structure. So do it like the gog conf with the same caps and lowercase but of course changing the config to point to your executable.

                        @bkumanchik I don't understand. I asked before:

                        If you got the game from GOG, then it should include a dosbox.conf file (or something that resembles that file name). You can try looking in the [autoexec] section from that file to see how Dosbox starts the game.

                        Then you said you found the file - so did you copy the part from the GOG .conf file to your game on the PI to test if it works ?

                          @mitu should I copy the whole thing or just the autoexec section?

                            @bkumanchik Just the [autoexec] section.

                                @bkumanchik this is what you need to add:

                                [autoexec]
                                @echo off
                                mount c: /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/pc-data/
                                cd BIOFORGE
                                BIOFORGE.EXE
                                exit

                                    Ahh yeah, the INSTALL.OPT file for this game, you can change where it would point to the cd to the install path instead and go cdless. It also needs to find the data in C:\BIOFORGE\ so mounting the pc-data as the C root is the way to do this one; and many others that install to HardDisk with install options.

                                          @Brigane Yes, they have a sale, a lot of good old games are now just a penny. Bought The Day of the Tentacle the other day.
