@kok00 If you formatted the card in Windows, then the contents are gone - you need to start by flashing a new image. What exactly do you see in the retropie drive ?

          @mitu
          All its contents
          Roms
Other folders I can read write on.
Because I can se the drive something is happening to the USB sdcard like mounting it and leaving it in that state always.

Normally when I use to plug USB I can se only one drive with 30mb or more in size only but I have retropie drive showing up even I format the sdcard in USB and flash it.

Can it be the drivers in windows when I installed Ext2Fsd
          I clicked mount button once.
          How do I undo it.

What's the error you're getting when booting with your sd card on the Pi ?

@mitu red light only no green light.
I flashed this image before it works.
              I think I messed up using Ext2Fsd

Save your ROMS - using Ext2Fsd or otherwise - and re-image, then don't use Ext2Fsd.

                      ok based on this schematics
                      https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentation/hardware/raspberrypi/schematics/rpi_SCH_3bplus_1p0_reduced.pdf

                      i have found the culprit.

U8 chip leg 8 providing 3v3 volts to the board.
                      this ic is blown.

                      and if you check
                      STATUS
                      "ACT" LED
                      or
STATUS_LED_G in shematics you will se it needs 3v3 and comes from 3v3 line.
since 3v3 is blown or low voltage it will not boot.

                      check u11 pin5
