Graphics Raspberry Pi 3

Sorry I'm translating through Google translate
Hello everyone, I finally assembled the console. And he was upset after comparing everything on the TV.
Displayed on the Raspberry and PC with ePSXe.
I checked everything on TEKEN 3, I do not believe that there could be such a big difference.
I took 3 screenshots.- Game on PC - ePSXe
- Game on PC - RetroArc
- Rasbbery game - RetroArh (Retropie) - Double textures included.
I thought that I had configured something incorrectly, then read, no, everything is correct. Changed the system and RecalBox nothing better not to get.
Then he put RetroArch on the PC and saw the same graphics, is this a problem in RetroArch? Or is it not a problem at all, but does he give such a picture? Please help, maybe after all I’ve set something up incorrectly, can someone throw their settings?
If that is a link to Teken 3 if someone wants to check.[Link Removed]
P.S on the phone is the same situation.
ePSXe - PC
RetroArch - PC
RetroArch - Raspberry (RetroPie)

@vlyankovskiy https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first, links to illegal content are forbidden. The emulation looks correct to me. The first image looks upscaled for HD. The Pi does not do this. What you see is what mine looks like and what it looked like back in the day. There are setting that you can used to smooth the pixelation that a CRT would have done in the past. It's all in the docs.

@rbaker, Thanks for the answer, I apologize for the illegal content.
Could you tell me where the documentation says anything about quality enhancing filters? -
