I wanna play with systems like C64 o ZX Spectrum with a regular keyboard, but I'm facing problems because of the Retroarch hotkeys. How can I disable them?
I also wanna be able to quit from the game with the keyboard and go back to emulation station

@Chuck_B By default, there is no Hotkey configured for a keyboard in RetroPie - did you configure one explicitly ?
The default Exit key is Esc, which should exit RetroArch immediately.

Not yet. I would like to set a combo of two keys for that. Is it possible?

You can use the Configuration editor to set Ctrl or Alt as hotkeys - https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Configuration-Editor/.
