Im not sure im using the correct terms here. I have a complete set for FB in my possession. I have everything running and games are running fine on Raspberry. My question is, i noticed that some games have multiple parts, I guess the term is. For examaple, a game has game1.zip, game2.zip, game3.zip and so on. Do i need all parts of gameX.zip for it to run properly? If i do, is there a way to hide them from showing up in the game list in RetroPie?

I hope this makes sense. Im new to this but figured most of it out, just not sure if im using the correct terms here.

      Thanks!

different zip = different game , however they can be hierarchical (i.e game3.zip needs game1.zip to run)

it depends. is your romset collection non-merged? if so, each romset should be standalone. see https://github.com/RetroPie/RetroPie-Setup/wiki/Validating,-Rebuilding,-and-Filtering-ROM-Collections#crash-course-in-arcade-rom-terminology
