        @hackedmacbook111 Yeah, figures. We don't support 3rd party images and selling RetroPie preloaded is against the project's license.
        Go ask the vendor for support - if you want support here in the forums, please install the image from retropie.org.uk/download.

          Is there a way to downgrade Retro Pie 4.6 back to 4.5

                  I want to use a 16 GB Sd card with 32GB USB drive as replacement for 64GB sd card that was premade
                  Would I be able to have saves and roms on USB drive
                  and have os and emulators on sad card

                    @hackedmacbook111 all of this info is the documentation. Please go back, read the info for first setup and how to run ROMs etc from USB and see how you get on. Then come and ask for some help. Most of what you ask will have been covered in the docs.

                            Edit: I see now you are using an unsupported image, you should start over with the official image and you won't have these problems.

                                I contacted the develper of the premade sd card they said they installed retro Pie with raspbian stretch
                                They now sell retro pie preloaded with games with retro pie 4.6 and raspbian buster
