Nintendo switch like build
-
I'm working on a Nintendo switch like console and I have some questions:
For the joy-cons:
- What joy-con like controller can I use (available from amazon.co.uk)
For the main build:
- How can I get ES to work with a touchscreen for selection?
- What good slim and powerful power banks are there?
-
Correction:
- What joystick can I use that is similar to the nintendo switch one (available from amazon.co.uk)
-
How can I get ES to work with a touchscreen for selection?
ES doesn't support a mouse - only a keyboard or gamepad, so I'd say no, since the input part of a touchscreen is usually recognized as a mouse device.

@mitu Do you know of any plans for touchscreen support?
And does anybody have any good joycon-like joysticks?

@Bluebotlabs said in Nintendo switch like build:

No, as far as I know there are no plans for it.

Controller wise i would suggest something like this one iPega PG-9023S and i have seen video's of this controller working on older RetroPie handheld builds or even this one that gives a more Switch like feel to it (also i do not know the size of the display you are planning on using) which is the iPega PG-9087S.

No, I'm building the controller, do you know any good joysticks, and if I use Nintendo Switch joysticks, would there be drift
Also: ALL COMPENENTS MUST BE AVAILABLE FROM amazon.co.uk
