      Hi, I have downloaded some game gear roms and placed them in the game gear file under retro pie and they refuse to show up on the screen. I have already restarted emulation station and the pi itself but nothing seems to work.

        Also what format are your gamegear ROMs?

          I feel like such a fool as I downloaded them as .exe files and not the ROM files. It works now!

            There are no ROMs that are .exe files (unless we are talking about old dos games) make sure to delete those .exe files they are very likely to be viruses/spyware 😬
