      I found he following: https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Saturn/
      which gave GitHub links. I don't know enough about the distribution to know how to install tools that way.

      I also looked under optional packages, but didn't them listed there.

      Any help would be appreciated.

        It's not in the optional section, it's in experimental (as stated in the doc page). Even so, the core has some bugs on the Pi4 (graphical glitches) and for the moment it's not fullspeed.
