Hello, I am new to the world of rpi and retropie. For the first time ever I started to play Shadows of the Empire and couldn’t figure out how to fire the tow cable during the Battle of Hoth. I know you have to use the “c buttons” on the N64 controller but I’m using a wireless Xbox controller and I can’t reconfigure the buttons because I’m using the mupen64plus-gles2rice emulator which doesn’t have RetroArch capabilities. As far as I can tell, none of the Xbox buttons will fire the harpoon, which I find very odd. Am I missing something? I’ve never played the game before so maybe the harpoon will only fire at a certain time? Any help would be appreciated.

@billypoe I think that the c buttons are mapped to
        the right joystick.

@lostless I thought so too but I didn’t see a harpoon shoot out when I pressed the specific buttons. Does it only shoot if you’re close to the AT-AT?

It only works when the 'launch harpoon' message appears. Press left on the right analogue stick to trigger it.

            Currently running:
Retropie 4.8.9 on a Pi Zero 2W (Overclock Settings: CPU 1400Mhz)
            ES-DE on a GMKtec K6 (Windows 11, 32GB RAM)
