I realize there's another post on the main page with this same title, but my subject is different and I didn't want to hijack that thread. I'm wondering what themes actually utilize all three of these media types. Ideally with all visible at the same time. I know there are multiple that show the box art for a moment, then replace that with the video snap while keeping the marquee up the whole time.

For example, COMICBOOK_SE-WHEELART is what I'm looking for with all three continuously available. There's also one online called Old Room that I really like. That was the one I intended to use, but it's designed with a space for 3D box art, and my downloads from screenscraper.fr look like this... I'm sure I can find 3D box art that is angled properly, but I'm worried that would be a lot of work editing file names or gamelists. What's weird is the screenscraper.fr box art for the NES and SNES is angled properly for Old Room.

One option might be to take a theme you like and make the appropriate changes yourself.

This tutorial does an okay job of teaching you the basics, and if all you want to do is slightly move some elements, it shouldn't be too hard for you to do that.

I just want to use a theme that is already set up for three media types. That will look much better than forcing a third image into one that's designed for two. I just thought there would be more than the two I mentioned...
