Steam link within Retropie

So I want to download steam link within retropie. After I want to know how to connect it to my chromebook so I can use the dolphin emulator, Because steam link also streams from your laptop but on another device. Since i'm using a RPi 4, gamecube should run smoothly. Can someone please help me.

Steamlink is an install-able package in RetroPie, it's in the experimental section - see https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Updating-RetroPie/#updatinginstalling-individual-packages. After you install it, you can run it from the Ports folder and pair it with Steam on your PC/Chromebook.

Oh, thank you so much. So this will work. is the dolphin emulator already there and some other stuff on my chromebook?.Or do I have to move it over to steam on my chromebook. Then I can stream it? If so, how do I do that?

@omission229 I suggest you learn how Steamlink works, it's just a streaming program that runs on the Pi and it displays the Steam games that run on your PC (not on your Pi).

This video says you can stream/play gamecube games from dolphin emulator on your laptop through steamlink. But I don't know how to add the dolphin emulator to steam link on the pi.

I haven't looked at the video, but from what I know, you can add any program in Steam as 'game' in your library and run it through Steam - https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-using-dolphin-via-steamlink.
