8bitdo n30 pro can't use after enter game

Already connected to 8bitdo n30 pro via Bluetooth
Can be used normally in the system interface
All buttons are invalid after entering the game -

What emulator/game are you starting ? The libretro emulators (starting
lr-) should be auto-configured after you set-up the gamepad in EmulationStation, but if it's one of the other stand-alone emulators, additional configuration may be needed.
