Running Retropie 4.7.1

Hi there, I have followed the great instructions by @lazd on GitHub and have read through the older topic on here. I am having issues with the controller mapping being applied unless I create my own mappings. I have a feeling I am putting the config.wl6 in the wrong place.

The instructions state:
copy the file corresponding to your gamepad into the ~/.wolf4sdl/ folder, renaming it to config.wl6.

My question is this. Where is the ~/.wolf4sdl/ folder? Is this the same folder that is in roms/ports/wolf3d ?

That's a hidden folder in the pi user's home (/home/pi). It's symlinked from /opt/retropie/configs/ports/wolf3d, so you can access it at \\retropie\configs\posts\wolf3d.

@mitu thank you I will try that. Something interesting I noticed. So I mapped my own as I said in the post.... However, the mappings for Spear of Destiny half worked... only episode 2 received the mappings kinda odd. Any suggestions?

I don't have any experience with Wolf3D, sorry.
