So, I finally got the Raspberry Pi 400, and I was super excited for it. I installed Ubuntu 20.10, Windows 10, and the pre-built Raspberry Pi OS on the 16GB MicroSD card. I installed RetroPie in Ubuntu, and all went well for the most part (some packages couldn't be installed).

So I went into EmulationStation to download and install the emulators I like to use, and I realized that draStic cannot be installed on my arm64 architecture. So I tried do use sudo dpkg --add-architecture armhf updated and rebooted, and tried to see if I could install draStic. Turns out that I couldn't install it, is there a build of it for arm64?

(Also I discovered raspi-config is not available for Ubuntu 20.10 arm64`

No, there isn't. The binary provided by the developer(s) of DraStic is only for 32 bit ARM. Also note that we don't support Ubuntu on the Pi, so some things might not work correctly.
