@raven-0 dolphin isn't available on standard builds of retropie due to its 64 bit requirements. Those who have gotten dolphin to run on custom installs on a pi 4 have reported that the performance is very bad.

Yeah, I tried messing around with 64-bit as an experiment recently:

          • Flashed a Manjaro XFCE image
          • Compiled and updated latest Mesa drivers
          • Compiled dolphin-emu-git (needed to manually edit the PKGBUILD definition to accept aarch64)

While I got Dolphin running, it was only ~10fps in most games I tried, even with a full overclock. Would not recommend.

If you install the Beta version of Raspberry OS 64bit, you can see the dolphin emulator.
But it's too early. It is possible to play properly even a crude game.

@philcsf with my last attempt I managed to get a couple of games running at usable speed, Worms 3D for example was playable.

On my latest attempt I was unable to install the latest MESA so it may have regressed speed wise since I tried.

              Currently running:
Retropie 4.8.9 on a Pi Zero 2W (Overclock Settings: CPU 1400Mhz)
              ES-DE on a GMKtec K6 (Windows 11, 32GB RAM)

@george-spiggott Here is a guy that just installed the latest dolphin with vulkan support and says Wii Mario Kart is getting 17 to 19 fps.

                https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/30339/wii-emulation-performance-using-vulkan-on-pi4?_=1620328997907

And he's only clocked at 1750 and 600. I don't have time to confirm but if that is true that's a very nice performance increase in only a couple months.
