Pi Model or other hardware: Raspberry Pi 4 (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07YRSYR3M/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1)
    Power Supply used: 5V/3000mA
RetroPie Version Used (eg 3.6, 3.8.1, 4.1 - do not write latest):
Built From: retropie installed via Raspberry Pi Imager and updated via RetroPie
USB Devices connected: previously Satek controller and logitech wireless controller; behaviors did not change or increase/decrease on removal
    Controller used: Bluetooth PS3 controller
Error messages received: none, signal blinking on multiple TV's
    Verbose log (if relevant):
Guide used: (Mention if you followed a guide): similar problem here but HDMI seating testing to the board in and out of the case did not resolve the issue: https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=263302
File: (File with issue - with FULL path)
Emulator: (Name of emulator - if applicable)
Attachment of config files: (PLEASE USE PASTEBIN.COM FOR LARGE LOGS)
How to replicate the problem: RP connected to philips 42pfl3704d and signal will blink in and out for random periods of time (3 seconds to almost a minute), Roku 4K TV experiences similar blinking but not as long but has black lines flashing across screen. Updated config.txt to the 1080p60Hz settings as well as up'd the HDMI gain to 7. Tested both HDMI ports with similar results.

I appreciate the help as everything else looks great on this build. I can't figure out if this is a refresh rate, HDMI signal/cable or what. This is my first post here so I am not sure what "config files" would be beneficial to the conversation. Thanks

I'd try a different HDMI cable. Do you any other device to test the cable and see if it has a similar behavior ?

@mitu Thank you for the reply. I originally had the RP hooked up to a 1080 Philips TV. I moved it to a Roku 4K TV and saw similar but not exactly the same issues, reduced extended blinking but still losing signal to the TV. I loaded an image on another SD drive and booted that up. Saw similar issues again but less in terms of frequency and duration along with the introduction of blue lines popping on and off the screen. I have another HDMI cable on order and will post when I test it out.

@agen7_0range The bad cable was the one that came with the Labists kit ?
