RetroAchievements: error with login!

Hey all,

Sorry if this is a repost, but I've had this issue for ages now and I can't for the life of me figure it out.

I have opt/retropie/configs/all/retropie/retroarch.cfg setup as follows:

cheevos_auto_screenshot = "false"
cheevos_badges_enable = "true"
cheevos_enable = "true"
cheevos_hardcore_mode_enable = "false"
cheevos_leaderboards_enable = "false"
cheevos_username = "myUsername"
cheevos_password = "myPassword"
cheevos_richpresence_enable = "true"
cheevos_test_unofficial = "false"
cheevos_token = ""
cheevos_verbose_enable = "false"

I even just tried creating a brand new account but even that won't work. What's going on?

@sad_muso Sometimes the site goes down and stops working. Although I was using it today and it seemed alright. Are you able to get cheevos working on retroarch on your laptop or pc for that account?

@sad_muso I've had this happen before. make sure your password is correct and make sure it's entered into retroarch correctly.

also, make sure to remove your token from your retroarch config file. cheevos_token should have nothing

In this instance... is "" equal to nothing?
Do you mean to remove the entry?
Do you mean cheevos_token = NULL?
