Help! - I need a way to exit emulation station and navigate the menus using a touch screen (mouse)

This is needed when the keyboard/joystick is not available. I'm running Emulation Station on RPi4 launched from a shortcut from the X11 desktop. (not command line)

      Can anyone suggest something?

      Thank you
      Justin

EmulationStation doesn't support mouse for navigation or actions.

You may try other frontends that have mouse support (Attract-Mode or Pegasus ?).

I did try to download the Pegasus front end, but I was unable to get it to launch. Some think Pegasus is incompatible with the x11 desktop environment, and only works launched in command line boot mode.

If there is a way to work around, I would like to know.

          Thank you
          Justin

I'm not familiar with Pegasus, but I don't think that it's limited to 'command line' , it should work in the desktop env. It may need a configuration file to start ?
