runcommand for arcade rom missing other emulators

i first downloaded the retropie image from the restropie site few weeks ago , and tested some roms. i had some roms for a while and just cleaned dust off of them LOL after like 12 years, i'm building an arcade cabinet ;)..
so i noticed from the image i loaded off the retropie site when i start up a rom and press a button i get to choose from list of about 4 or 5 different emulators , i think they were (i'm not at home at the moment to check)
Mame4all-Pi, lr-imame4all, lr-mame2003, AdvanceMAME . maybe it was just these 4.
so i got an image from the company i bought my arcade cabinet from and when i put theirs on an SD card with my roms and boot it up, then load a mame rom, if i press a key i only see 2 emulators as a choice ?!
i prefer to use their retropie image as it has their joystick drivers and all included.
i just need to figure out, do i need to install the additional emulators via shell script ?? to have them in the list ,i want to see , well all the choices listed from https://github.com/retropie/retropie-setup/wiki/MAME, just to have flexibility , or is there a cfg file somewhere ? how do i get the choice of all of them from the runcommand screen when i press any button upon launching a rom? thanks

in this post there is a statement
"the arcade folder could also be used but that's more for when you want to consolidate all your arcade roms to one place, yet have the full range of FBA/Mame emulators to choose from in the runcommand. "
i think that is what i must have done on the original retropie image i used, i going to try this when i get home on the new image, use the "arcade dir" mentiond above

@thanosazlin if you prefer to use the image they are illegally selling you can prefer to contact them for support.

They are not selling the retropie , it was just an added extra if u wanted after the fact , they don't even advertise such . Also it more of a convince for not so tech consumers I guess , which is not I ;) .
Anyway , I just looking for resolution , not lectures or slaps on the head for something im not in control of. I mean both are the same retropie in the end , I was just looking for simple help as a consumer LOL. Didn't expect that type of reaction .

Well, it is a PITA to be expected to support "customised" versions of RetroPie, but it is against the licence of much of the software to provide an image with a commercial product - https://retropie.org.uk/documentation/legal-contact/
Even if the image is "free". You could argue that it is added value to the product anyway - which is why people do it, rather than just linking to the RetroPie site for a download as we ask.
And much of the time these "included" images are also packed with copyrighted games too, which further damages our name and our project (Like the problems Kodi have).
A vendor wants to include the RetroPie image with their product against the emulator licences and our wishes - sure we can't stop them - but we can certainly ask their customers to go to them for help.
