After accidentally filling up SD card storage on RetroPie, the UI seems to have been messed up and I have no idea how to fix it. I've cleared up space and updated everything and the look is still the same. It doesn't take away menu items, just the look is different, no photos and names are much more basic no matter what theme I use. (Image cropped due to upload size limit and me not knowing how to upload a photo.) IMG_20220209_201512630_HDR.jpg

    Please someone save my Pie.

@zoura maybe try reinstalling emulation station. Other than that, reinstall a fresh copy of retropie.
Note you should always leave at least 15-20% open at all times on the sd card. Linux (and therefore retropie)(or any modern OS) does a lot of stuff in the background that writes caches and sorts. Having little space left could lead to problems, but also wear down your sd card quicker as the same parts are being used over and over.
Or use a external usb stick for your Roms. Not only does it keep your sd card fresh. It also keeps all your games and saves safe if you you ever have to reimagine a fresh copy of retropie.

Check that your gamelist view style isn't set to "basic" in the Start menu options somewhere (probably either UI Settings or Other Settings, I forget.)

@sleve_mcdichael That helped a bit, still very basic names and apperantly no photos for the RetroPie items, but thanks!

Try reinstalling "retropiemenu" from the setup utility under manage packages > core packages.
