Oh Bugger...This Text Snuck Up on Me`

I have been able to reduce my Pie setup down to a completely silent boot process, with no onscreen text anywhere. It's running in kiosk mode, with no boot text, game launching text, or onscreen displays of any kind.
Except this (sorry for the poor quality, snap it with my cell phone):
This didn't happen until I connected it to my HDTV in my living room (had it hooked up to my desktop PC working on it up 'till now). When I restart the system, I get a flash of the above text for just a moment...which I swear wasn't there before 🤔
So does anyone recognize this and what line of code do I need to change/add/remove to make this fully silent when booting or restarting? Thanks!

This is the EEPROM boot loader start-up/diagnostics screen on the Pi4, it's not part of the OS/RetroPie. If you wish to disable it, you need to edit the EEPROM boot configuration as explained in https://www.raspberrypi.com/documentation/computers/raspberry-pi.html#raspberry-pi-4-bootloader-configuration and set
DISABLE_HDMI=1. -

While I have you here, this strikes me as something that might be related to another issue I'm having in this thread.
The first few seconds I'm my splash screen audio (when I first boot up the Retropie) is cut off. In the above thread, we thought we found a way to "wake" it up sooner at the start, but we can't figure out where to put the "vcgencmd force_audio hdmi 1" command.
Could it be here, where the bootloader info is you mention (or another similar place outside the normal EmulationStation boot-up info).
