So im using the supreme pro version of retropie and it has boot up text and shutdown text, is it possible to change this or replace with with and image, I was to change it to the nes and snes mini shutdown.

We don't support 3rd party images - see 5. of https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first. Ask the authors of the image for support or use the RetroPie image.
