    video freezes some times

      I have RetroPi 4 with Kodi on it.
      It's good, everything goes good, but one thing, is, if i skip back or rewind and fast forward just like you would on a dvd.

      Trying to say is When i try to skip back-forward, the video just freezes, not like watching a dvd when u skip or re-wind or fast forward, the video plays where you stop it at but on the Pi, all my video are in MP4 which it like, but the videos just freeze when i skip back or forth.

        I tried to reproduced the issue but it wasn't possible, I tested a h264 movie 1080p resolution in a RPi3b+ with RetroPie Buster.

        What resolution did you use? Do you have the official PSU? Do you have this issues with all media files?
