720p to1080p

I have Kodi connected to the TV on a Pi 4.
My videos on he USB drive is all in 720P. When Playing my video on Kodi, no only i can play my 720p videos in 1080p but does it also make the 720p video look much better when it is playing in 1080p. -
@raspberry79 Try to check usb stick for errors or if you can, test with another one just to be sure that the issue is not the usb stick.
