PPSSPP dev troubles - Retropie-Extra

@ExarKunIv Heya. I tried to install lr-ppsspp dev and ppsspp dev standalone from your retropie-extra place and neither installed on my pi 4.7.1. Errors.
Does it need 4.8 or is there another issue at work here do you think?
