      Hi,
      My settings:
      Hardware: Raspberry Pi 5, 8GB
      Software: RetroPie (current)
USB Devices connected: 2x dragonrise generic usb joystick, 1 x Sinden lightgun
      Emulator: lr-flycast, Redream, lr-mame2003 etc.

I buied on the Sinden Lighguns. My Problem is that I can't start a game with the Lighgun. When I start the games it does not show the white borders and its not useable.

      My steps:
      I followed this instructions:

      1. Loaded the package in the home folder
      2. Added experimental packge for Sinden
      3. Go to the Sinden Options
      • Autostart Lightguns: on
      • Set States Globally: on
      • Player 1: on
      • Reset Recoil on each Boot: on
      • Set Lightgun Collection File
        • I created a collection file in the main view and added titles to the collection
        • I added the collection here
      • Test and Calibate Lighguns
        • works fine

I also read this instructions: https://github.com/Widge-5/Sinden_Lightgun_Autostart for the collection creation.

So any Idea why it not start in the "light gun" mode? Maybe because of the two other controllers? Or the wrong games? Do I need special roms for that?

      Thank you
      Best regards,
      Chilred

There is no such package in RetroPie - are you using a 3rd party image or you added the package manually on a Pi5 ?

EDIT: The wiki page references a 3rd party image, so if you're using that image you may want to contact the image's author(s) for support.

This is not a stock RetroPie image/installation - I advise you to ask the author of the image/scripts for help, since we don't know how those extra scripts work.
