      @meleu
      Thank you for hosting this! Sorry to hear about the audits but I just watched the movie Deepwater Horizon (2016) and that disaster could have been prevented if BP would have allowed for proper audits instead of rushing because they where behind schedule. Stay safe @meleu :-)

      I didn't have much time to play Pac & Pal but I could only get to the 2nd level so I didn't bother taking a picture of my high score but I did visit family this weekend and we got pretty competitive playing the Gameboy version of Tetris!

        It's a great game to get competitive over. Arguable the best version of the game as well.

          @backstander @mediamogul Fully agreed.

          In fact, any way to play it two player on RetroPie - or a similarly fun 2P competitive Tetris game?

          That's one of the few games I get to play with my wife, but no version so far has been fully successful in winning us over - tried Tengen Tetris on the NES, Tetris Gaiden on the SNES, Tetris Plus 2 on MAME...

          The closest one we got was the one in SNES on the Dr. Mario + Tetris bundle.

            I watched only the trailer when I went to watch Dr. Strange. Only the trailer was enough to make me have a huge lump in my throat.

            I'm not sure if I'll watch this movie some day.

            Now let's vote on Kung-Fu Master for the MAME ROW #9! :)

              yeah, tgb-dual. not looked into it myself https://www.reddit.com/r/RetroPie/comments/56jcnn/how_do_you_install_tgb_dual_gameboy_multiplayer/

                @dankcushions Thanks, will look into that in the coming days.

                Tetris Battle Gaiden is awesome, even though the powers add an extra layer of complexity to my non-gamer wife. I am a gentleman and do not use them against her :)

                That being said, what's most distracting to her is the fact that the pieces "glide" rather than "jump" when moving to the sides (i.e. they move pixel by pixel, rather than moving one full grid block at a time). I know it's an animation thing, but it's quite distracting for her as she can't fully control the blocks quite as she wants to.

                Oh well :)

                  I really want to see Dr. Strange but you may not want to watch Deepwater Horizon if you work in that environment.

                  I use tgb-dual with the Gameboy Tetris and it works like a charm! It just displays both Gameboy screens side-by-side. You can also pick if you want just the left Gameboy's sound, just the right or both or non.

                  I use to would play "The Next Tetris" on the PSX back-in-the-day and it's a lot of fun! I haven't tested it on RetroPie yet.

                    I just tried the bin/cue & pbp versions of The Next Tetris for PSX in both lr-pcsx-rearmed & pcsx-rearmed and the Dreamcast version of The Next Tetris Online Edition in Reicast and non of them would work. Dreamcast version just kicks back to ES after the BIOS screen and the PSX versions will get up to just before loading the game's title screen and will freeze with a black screen.

                      A lot of the sprite-based games behave poorly on emulators that focus primarily on 3D system titles. This could be an example of that.

                            A bit rusty, but any SNK/Neo Geo fighting game with Joe Higashi in it I can do reasonably well. His play has some similarities to Ken/Ryu, and he has some very impressive close-quarters combos.

                            System Config: Retropie 4.4 with full desktop, RPi 3B, 256gb SD, 5v 2.1A 5,200 mAH USB battery. EasyMSX controller mounted with Pimoroni Hyperpixel 4 (non touch). Also running 4.6 on a 4gb Pi 4 serving as my primary desktop computer now.
