Been trying to run Sselph's Scraper on both my Windows machine and Raspberry Pi and keep getting the same server error "got 429 Too Many Requests response"

Is this an issue on my end or the servers end?

If someone could kindly give me a Neo Geo (mame) XML for emulationstation/gamelists that would be great. I have all the images I need but Emulation Station cant find them without a XML that is typically created by the scraper.

    Thanks :)

SOLVED sort of by using this in Windows with my pi powered on and connected to the same network as my computer. https://github.com/Universal-Rom-Tools/Universal-XML-Scraper/releases

Have you tried the Universal XML Scraper? There is a forum topic about it.
