Yeah I would have picked Mini Golf as I love playing it on my stand-up MAME arcade machine since it has a track ball but since this is a retropie poll I went with A.O.D.C.

I had to try out my Genesis Pi a bit and I'm really enjoying Cop 01. Such a weird name for a game, but it's fun.

33,300 to get the competition going.

(After game over you're taken right to the high score screen and then back into the demo screens, this wasn't taken while I was still playing.)

@meleu Again no cabinet artwork available. And again an original flyer exists but main image is a picture of a girl in bikini.
Very basic (poor) marketing approach ! On top they not even used a nice model :-))

Seriously I don't think of making an overlay with that; does it relate to the game in any way ?
Only usable part would be the game logo but that's not enough to create a decent overlay.

There's another flyer that shows some how to play instructions but it's totally in japanese ....

Suggestions ?

@UDb23 can we suggest a mainstream game? Example: when I receive guests with children at my home they usually like to play The Simpsons. Would you make an overlay for this game?

Most would say that out of the dozens made, this is the only good Simpsons game out there. I would argue that 'The Simpsons: Hit & Run' is also amazing, but they're both great games regardless.

I'm on a trip with friends and family but I brought my raspi. I've got 30k but didn't take a picture because I didn't beat the 33k of @obsidianspider . I will try harder soon. :-)

I'm going to have another go today, but a few tips that I've found while playing:

You don't have to use the jet pack to jump, you can just press up to jump and that will be used most of the time when jumping
Kill all the bats. There are a ton of them and they don't kill you like a regular enemy. They will drain some of your jetpack charge, but they're not instant death.
Shoot all of the security orb things before you worry about the people on the ground. You can jump or duck under most of the bullets, but those things coming from overhead at an angle can get tricky.
You get an extra life at 20,000 points. I'm not sure if/when another extra life is triggered, I still haven't topped my 33,000 from the other day

Is it just me, or does the main character move VERY slowly?

@lilbud it doesn't happen here. What version are you using? I'm using 0.78 (mame2003) on raspi2 and I think the movements are "normal". Just like the video posted above.
