            @justhoeber have you tried these settings?

            hdmi_group=1
            hdmi_mode=16
            

            If i recall correctly i think i have actually seen this before but i forgot how i fixed it or created the problem.

            Maybe set this too:

            config_hdmi_boost=4

              @edmaul69 I just put in those settings then booted up the pie and still have the same problem

                      @rbaker yes, im assuming at this point i just got a bad pie and im in the process of returning it and getting a new one

                        @justhoeber if it does it again with a new pi then you may have a bad TV ;)
