I saw this post after writing my reply, but i find it confusing and too long. Also, i'm not sure the title is clear enough (i would have titled it "Guide : how to get a working rom for FBA/MAME" or something like that) or if it is in the right place.

Not everyone is tech savvy. On the first hand it looks kinda confusing but there are so many video tutorials on how to rebuild the mame romsets.

For us it might be easy but thats not the case for everyone. If you;re a lawyer, could you perform a surgery on someone?
